2. Mukesh Ambani
Mukesh Ambani is 2nd wealthiest person in India after Adani. The company has business interests in petrochemicals, telecom, media, oil and gas and retail. Reliance is the largest company by market value listed on the stock market.
3. Shiv Nadar
Shiv Nadar ranks third in the list of top ten industrialists in India 2022. He is co-founder of HCL established in 1976. The company has now become one of the largest software service providers in the country with revenue of USD 102 billion. He has resigned and his daughter has succeeded him. Now, he runs Shiv Nadar Foundation.
4. Cyrus Poonawalla
Cyrus Poonawala ranks amongst the leading industrialist with net worth of USD 25.8 billion. Poonawalla started serum institute in 1966. The company is now the largest vaccine maker in the world. His son, Adar Poonawalla, is now the CEO of Serum. He has invested considerable money to make covid-19 vaccinations.
5. Radhakishan Damani
Radhakishan Damani started Avenue Supermarket. Since his supermarket IPO in 2017, his wealth has continued to soar. His retail model has worked wonderfully. Now he is the king retail.
